Northdene Prep are water heroes

Through various schools participating in the campaign to represent their area, CROW is determined to teach the how to care for the environment.

FOR the past six years, CROW has been the beneficiary of the Compass Cares calendar campaign.

This has generated more than R1 million to assist CROW with the rescue, rehabilitation and release of all injured, orphaned or displaced indigenous wildlife throughout KwaZulu-Natal.

This year, Northdene Preparatory School will do their bit for CROW with the Every Raindrop Counts Campaign.

Due to the extensive damage to the centre as a result of the recent storm, the CROW team has been working around-the-clock in recovery efforts.

The driving force behind this campaign is to instill the ideal that if everyone does their little bit, collectively they can make a huge impact.

Each learner will be permitted to sell only one calendar, providing a great opportunity to inspire learners and creating an understanding of collectiveness and caring for the planet.

On behalf of the Upper Highway area, Kloof Senior Primary will be taking part of the campaign, Durban North College/Kollege is to present the Durban North area and Northdene Preparatory School in Queensburgh.
