WATCH: Snow falls across KZN
There is a chill in the air as a 'cold snap' affects KwaZulu-Natal.
WHILE parts of the province enjoyed some much needed rain, others woke up to find their areas of residence had been transformed into a Winter Wonderland.
Snow has been reported along the Drakensberg, Swartberg, Underberg, Lesotho and even as far as the Eastern Cape.
“South Africans can expect a cold snap to affect most parts of the country as a steep upper-air trough, having the potential to cut off and further intensify, will result in significantly cooler weather over most parts of the country on Wednesday into Thursday, with the expectation of snowfalls on some southern mountains,” said the South African Weather Services (SAWS).
