Protect your pets against rabies

The Rabies Vaccination Clinic at the Kloof and Highway SPCA is free but donations are welcome.

The Kloof and Highway SPCA will host its annual Rabies Vaccination Clinic on Sunday, 27 August at the Kloof and Highway SPCA at 29 Village Road from 9am to 12.30pm.

The Rabies Vaccination Clinic will be held at main reception of the organisation. Rabies vaccinations need to be done annually to ensure the vaccine remains effective, and thereby not only protects your four-legged companions but also your immediate family and community.

There will be no charge for the rabies vaccinations but donations are welcome.

“Owners are encouraged to bring existing vaccination history if they have it, but vaccination certificates will be provided if they do not. Please ensure that all dogs are on leads and that all cats are contained in secure baskets or cat cages when bringing them to the Rabies Vaccination Clinic,” said Brigitte Ferguson the marketing and fundraising officer at the Kloof and Highway SPCA.
