Armed gang hits Westville Mall store for R1-m worth of goods and cash

It is believed one of the five robbers was dressed as a woman.

A GANG of armed robbers stole an estimated R1-million worth of jewellery and cash from a store in Westville Mall earlier today.

Captain Elizabeth Squires of the Westville SAPS confirmed the incident and noted one of the men was wearing a long shirt and what appeared to be a wig.
