A FIFTEEN-year-old teen was critically injured when she was hit by a motor vehicle on Titren Road near Southway Mall in Seaview this morning, 25 July.
According to Rescue Care Paramedics the teen was found critically injured on the roadway.
“She suffered multiple injuries and needed Advanced Life Support intervention to stabilise her on the scene. Once she was stabilised she was rushed to a nearby specialist facility,” said Rescue Care’s Ceron Lennox.
The driver of the car was also slightly injured and treated and transported by Rescue Care to a nearby hospital.
The exact cause of the collision is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating.
