Councillors call public meeting to address water issues

There will be two public meetings - in Westville on 26 July and then Pinetown on 27 July.

LOCAL ward councilors have arranged a public meeting with representatives for the eThekwini Municipality’s Water Department to address residents concerns about the various water issues in the community.

The meeting will address the following concerns: droughts, water restrictions, repairs to pipes and water leaks and billing and meter readings.

Two public meetings have been scheduled. The first meeting will be held at Truro Hall in Westville on Wednesday, 26 July at 6.30pm and the second meeting will be held at the Pinetown Civic Centre’s main hall on Thursday, 26 July at 6pm.
