Model lad is in top three

"His sister was doing modelling and then he wanted to join as well," said mom, Leandre Goodman.

SEAVIEW’s Azaria Goodman took the number three spot in the recent Mr uShaka Kids World competition.

The six year-old began modelling a few months before he turned five in 2015.

“His sister was doing modelling and then he wanted to join as well,” said mom, Leandre Goodman.

Azaria’s sister, Alysia, is a semi-finalist in the Miss Junior uShaka Competition. The Grade 1 Assegai Primary School learner loves karate, swimming, dancing and playing outdoors.

“He’s a child that will liven up any party,” said Leandre.

Azaria was very excited to be in the competition and to make it that far, “I and happy and proud of myself, I loved the judges,” Azaria said

He attends Mobile Model Management, and models under the watchful eye of Shaun Stander who is the Director/owner, and holds titles such as Sir King of the Universe 2016 and more.

“I enjoy everything about modelling and its fun,” he said.

When asked how his friends reacted when they found out he was part of the competition Azaria said, “They were shocked and happy for me.”

He encouraged his peers not to be shy and just imagine all the judges are big marshmallows.
