The residents meet monthly in a voluntary capacity to identify and find practical solutions for issues using available resources.

Chairman of KKBA, Chris Dalzell, said the organisation’s special areas of interest is the overall aesthetics and desirability of Kloof as a suburb to live, work and shop in.

He added that spin-offs to this are directly related to home values and a unique standard of living.

“This covers the state of the roads and signage, illegal posters, graffiti, litter, and any untidiness which detracts from the on-going programme of the central business district beautification.”

“We educate residents to take full responsibility and pride in the state of their verges, over and above the municipal department services,” said Dalzell.
