‘Merci beaucoup, Agnés’ – matriculants

Local high school, Kloof High, was proud to host French author, Agnés Ledig, recently.

KLOOF High School was privileged to host Agnés Ledig, the author of one of the short stories which has been prescribed by the IEB for matriculants studying French in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Matric learners from KZN schools, both private and public, offering French as part of the curriculum, attended the wonderful meet and greet.

The learners spent two hours speaking with Agnés and learning about what it takes to become an author and what inspired her to write the story chosen for them to study.

“The school thanks the French Embassy and the IEB for making this enriching experience possible. Merci beaucoup,” said Dawn Lefort, Kloof High School’s principal.
