NPO aims to inspire and motivate
Through the talk the non-profit organisation, God’s Own Daughters, hope to collect sanitary products to assist women in need.
THE God’s Own Daughters is hosting a Lets Talk Picnic on Saturday, 1 April at the Durban Botanical Gardens at 12 noon.
This is a fund-raising event and a R100 contribution and a pack of pads for the sanitary drive will be appreciated and everyone is invited. The theme for the day is Building your image and brand.
The God’s Own Daughters is a non-profit organisation (NPO) which aims to empower women in social, health and business related issues.
Guest speakers will include radio personality, Nomfundo Dazzling Mzolo.
Nomfundo Mzolo, a Bachelor of Arts Hons Graduate from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, is a successful radio broadcaster and development agent.
In the many times she has been asked what development agent is, she has gracefully answered, “An influencer passionate about development, who actively immerses themselves in development initiatives both human and infrastructural.”
Another guest speaker, Rowena Marcus, a business owner will discuss the importance of donating sanitary products to underprivileged young women.
