Weekend highnotes are Sol Sunday live music sessions

End your weekends off on a high note with what promises to be a series of fun afternoons out at a great venue.

MARCH sees the launch of the new Sol Sunday Sessions at Northwood Crusaders Sports Club in Durban North.

A great way to spend a relaxing afternoon with friends and family, these live music sessions will take place every Sunday on 5, 12, 19 and 26 March from noon.

Entry is free and there is plenty secure parking, as well as undercover seating if the weather doesn’t play along. Expect top-notch live acts, good food and loads of fun.

There will also be bucket specials, hampers and prizes courtesy of Sol beer.

Kicking the series off with a bang are two of Durban’s top singer-songwriter-guitarists, Mbijana Sibisi and Rowan Stuart, who will perform at the first session on Sunday, 5 March.

Voted the top sports club in KZN for three consecutive years, Crusaders is situated at 10 Ranleigh Crescent, opposite the Fairway Engen garage at the bottom of Swapo Road/Broadway.

The Sol Sunday Sessions will help to raise funds for Crusaders to continue developing sports in the community, especially among the youth.
