A PINETOWN man who was arrested and charged for the possession and dissemination of child pornography was granted R3 500 bail at the Durban Regional Court, recently.
The man was arrested along with two other men from the Bluff and Waterfall in a joint operation between the SAPS and US Homeland Security on 29 November.
The trio was charged with the possession and dissemination of child pornography. The man from the Bluff was also charged with the rape of a minor and sexual assault. He declined his bid for bail.
