THE Field’s Hill Sport and Social Club hosted a cheese, wine and craft beer tasting at Tina’s Hotel, recently. The NPO organises sporting and social events around the Highway area and the aim of the recent event was to raise funds and recruit members. The club members meet every Saturday at Tina’s Hotel. The club’s vice-chairman, Graham Richmond, said, “The meetings we have is a great way to network and socialise on a Saturday.” Twenty new members were recruited and anyone who would like to be part of the club can contact Rick on 031 764 7843 or Keith on 082 777 6343.
