Residents get more time to call concerning their bills

City's Revenue Call Centre extends operating hours.

TO enhance customer care services and ensure customer convenience, the eThekwini Municipality’s Revenue Call Centre has extended its operating times until further notice.

According to eThekwini Municipality’s head of communications, Tozi Mthethwa, the call centre operators will be available to answer any queries that customers may have related to their consolidated bills.

The call centre can be reached on 031 324 5000, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6.30pm (previously 7.30am to 4.30pm) and on Saturday 7.30am to 3pm (previously 7.30am to1130am).

The Municipality accepts payment in cash, bank issued cheque, EFT, third party collectors appointed from time to time by the municipality and direct debit payments.

“The Municipality would like to thank the customers for their continued support,” said Mthethwa.
