Moms honoured and pampered at Parkside Primary

The moms were treated to snacks and massages.

PARKSIDE Primary School hosted a Mad Hatter High Tea for the moms to commemorate Women’s Day. The moms were treated to a day of relaxation and socialisation at the event on Saturday, 13 August. Guests Vino Govender and Miss India SA, Suvian Mahadew, spoke about motherhood and changes in life.

“This event was the first of its kind and I’d like to thank Parkside Primary School for the opportunity to bring moms together and to allow them to have a moment to themselves and also to socialise. Thank you to our guests, Vino and Suvian, our Zumba instructor, Kubashini Moodley, Sherry’s Serene Spa, KNS parties and to the organising committee, Keshnee Sakichand, Kathy Reddy and Lusanda Funda,” said chairman of the committee, Ulrisha Kisten.

The moms were treated to snacks and massages. Kisten added that she looks forward to similar events in the future.
