GOLDEN Paw Society members heard from the highly talented local artist Giffy Duminy at the recent meeting at teh Kloof and Highway SPCA.
He spoke about his works of art in the community, his passion for art and the guests were treated to watching Giffy spray paint a beautiful piece on a wendy house in the Tea Garden, a stunning piece capturing a sun bird.
“The aim of the Golden Paw Society is to welcome our supporters in as part of the SPCA family and keep them informed about the work undertaken by the Kloof and Highway SPCA in terms of inspectorate activities, animal health care, care of animals in our shelter, outreach clinics and education to promote the humane treatment of all animals,” said Lisa Mörck, the PR and outreach officer a the Kloof and Highway SPCA.
