Bountiful treasures to be found at car boot sale

Drop by the Hillcrest Sports Grounds on Saturday, 2 July to find a host of goodies on sale.

GRAB a bargain a the Rotary Club of Hillcrest’s monthly car boot sale on Saturday, 2 July from 7am until noon at the Hillcrest Sports Club grounds.

For buyers there will be a range of goods on sale, from sports equipment, power tools, electronics to computer games and home-made and hand-made products. There will also be coffee and bacon and egg rolls on sale.

Entrance is free for buyers and sellers will be charged R100 per car and R150 per trailer. “Sellers are urged to come along early to meet the rush of buyers,” said Robby Mamotte, a Hillcrest Rotarian. Proceeds from the entrance fees will be used for ongoing Hillcrest Rotary projects.
