Domestic worker attacked by dog
The cause of the attack is not known and the woman was transported to hospital.
A DOMESTIC worker sustained multiple injuries when she was attacked by a dog in Westville on Thursday afternoon. According to ER24 spokesman, Pieter Rossouw, paramedics were called to a dog attack incident which occurred at a house in Westville.
“Apparently, the domestic worker went to the outside gate of the house and when she returned, she was attacked by the dog. When paramedics arrived on scene they found that the woman had sustained multiple injuries to her arms and legs,” he said.
The woman was treated and transported to King Edward Hospital. “The cause of the incident is still unknown,” said Rossouw.
