THE next Kloof Rotary Business Update talk will be held on Tuesday, 24 May at 6.30pm at the Kloof Country Club. Frans Wilbrink of Wilbrink and Associates Professional Mediators and Arbitrators will be a guest speaker.
The talk will be based on a pilot project which was introduced by the Justice Department to deal more effectively with civil litigation in Gauteng and the North West Province.
“They introduced alternate dispute resolutions that freed the courts for more serious cases and also reduced the costs of settling disputes. It will be rolled out to other provinces, including KwaZulu-Natal,” said Kloof Rotary board member, Selwyn Comrie.
