Pinetown dancers fundraise for baby home

Profits from the dance show, 'Dance Some More', will be donated to a baby home called HOLAH.

PINETOWN dancing couple, Jean-Marc and Nelita George, will perform in a dance show, ‘Dance Some More’, to fundraise for a baby home and safe house called HOLAH (House of Love and Hope).

The couple have been dancing together for three years and enjoy the special time that their dance classes and shows give them together, outside of their busy lives. Jean-Marc is a professional photographer and Nelita is a recruitment agent for Pro Appointments in Westville.

As a couple they have done well in the local Latin and ballroom competitive dance scene, and Nelita has also excelled in line dance, taking third place in her section at the World Line Dance Championships last year in Blackpool, UK.

Jean-Marc and Nelita are performing in the ‘Dance Some More’ show at the iZulu Theatre, Sibaya Casino on Saturday, 21 May, alongside 92 line, belly, Latin and ballroom dancers from Floorcraft Dance Studio and Maya Dance Company. They will be dancing in the ballroom and Latin events, and Nelita is also dancing with the line dance group.

Profits from the show will be donated to HOLAH baby home in Glenmore, Durban. Please support them and the home. Tickets are R100 through Computicket.
