HOP down to the Kloof and Highway SPCA on Saturday, 26 March for an Easter celebration market day.
It is set to be a fun-filled morning for the whole family as all of the charity shops will be open from 8am until noon, the Tea Garden will be open from 8am until 1pm and Belinda Dolphin will be singing and keeping the crowd entertained.
“We will be hosting an Easter bonnet parade and competition for girls and women and for the boys, the best bunny ears and face,” said Barbara Laubsher, the marketing and fundraiser manager at the Kloof and Highway SPCA. The entry fee is R20 each and judges will decide who the top three winners in each category are. There are lots of prizes to be won.
“We encourage everyone to join in our fun Easter festivities and come along and enjoy the morning as well as contribute towards the welfare of the animals in our care. If you are lucky, you may even see the Easter bunny handing out Easter eggs to the children,” said Barbara.
