Four injured in M7 pile-up

Rescue Care paramedics stabilised the commuters on the scene and took them to various hospitals..

FOUR people were injured when two trucks and two cars collided at the M7 off-ramp from the N2 just before 11am today.

According to Garrith Jamieson, spokesman for Rescue Care, paramedics arrived on the scene to find that two trucks and two cars had collided in the junction. Four people had been injured, one of the commuters was moderately injured. They were all stabilised on the scene before being transported by to various Durban hospitals.

“At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision, however SAPS was on the scene and will be investigating,” said Jamieson.
