Kiddies begin new learning adventure

Grade R pupils begin new learning adventure at Pitlochry Primary School.

TEARS were expected on their first day in big school but the Grade R pupils rose to the occasion when they arrived at school, ready for their new learning adventure.

They were given name cards and taken to their new classroom at Pitlochry Primary School in Westville. The day’s activities began with getting to know each other, followed by colouring and solving puzzles before the break. After break the pupils had settled in and started to enjoy their new fun environment.

Today marked a special day for the school, as it opened its doors to a new 00 and Grade R class, called Pitter Patter. Tracey Moodley was appointed as the principal of Pitter Patter and said she looked forward to a wonderful year with her new pupils.
