Delean wins Christmas car

THERE was great excitement on 23 December at Watercrest Mall in Waterfallnear Hillcrest  as each of the ten finalists in the Watercrest Mall  ‘Car for Christmas’ live draw took  turns trying to open the Toyota Aygo.

One by one they  tried their randomly selected keys. After a number of attempts, Delean Marshall’s key opened the vehicle to a great eruption of cheering and applause. The Marshall family are delighted at having won a car for Christmas courtesy of Watercrest Mall.

Public Relations Practitioner at Watercrest Mall, Elizabeth Roux, said: “Congratulations Delean, may this Christmas present bring you and your family many years of safe and happy travels.”

DJ Deon Govender from East Coast Radio was the master of ceremonies.
