Jean Parker posted on the Upper Highway Crime Watch Facebook page about an incident of robbery that took place in New Germany.
“I was mugged in New Germany on Saturday morning. I was rugby-tackled from behind and the mugger, a tall, thin male, grabbed my car keys and my handbag and ran away,” posted Parker.
The thief is in possession of her car keys. “I also had my ID and driver’s licence in my bag. I am grasping at straws here, but one never knows if some of my items were abandoned and picked up by some kind person,”she added.
The key-ring on her car keys says ‘Hot stuff’ on it. The handbag is a black cloth bag with white polka dots.
“I sustained injuries to my left shoulder, right knee and a bump on the head. I have roasties on both knees and feet,” she said.
