HILLCREST detectives are appealing to anyone who may have information about the murder of a traditional healer on Wednesday morning.
Hillcrest SAPS communications officer, Cst Ndumiso Manqele, said Bhekinkosi Simon Dube (59) was shot at his home at kwaNgcolosi Reserve, Hillcrest.
“It is alleged that the deceased was in his yard when two men shot him several times in the head and in the stomach. The two men fled on foot and Dube was declared dead on scene,” he said.
A case of murder was opened by Hillcrest police station for further investigations.
“The motive of the killing is unknown at this stage and no arrest has been made,” added Manqele.
