A 49-YEAR-old man who allegedly killed his girlfriend, Elaine Lottering, in Cowies Hill appeared in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
Elaine (56) was allegedly shot after at her home by her boyfriend after an argument.
The Pinetown SAPS communications officer said Elaine was shot in front of her daughter-in-law.
“The man made his second appearance in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court, where he was denied bail. He was remanded to Westville Prison and his case was moved to the High Court,” said Radebe.
The man will appear in the Durban High Court on Tuesday, 7 July.
