Help replenish blood supplies with your donation
If you meet the requirements to be a blood donor, then you are encouraged to support the Hillcrest Rotary Club's blood drive.
THE Hillcrest Rotary Club has partnered with the Hillcrest Blood Bank once again to host a blood drive to help replenish blood supplies. The blood drive will be held on Saturday, 6 June from 9am to 3pm at the Colony Centre, Hillcrest. Sr Ingrid Marlton, said, “June is Blood Donor Month, and therefore we encourage residents to come through and support this blood drive and those who require blood desperately.”
All donors will receive a free boerewors roll. There will be loads of fun activities available as the Colony Centre will also be hosting a family fun day.
If you are in good health and between the ages of 16 and 65, weigh more than 50kg and you lead a sexually safe lifestyle, make your way to this blood drive and make your donation.
