Shin-Gi-Tai Karate students represent KZN

Zander Human, Liana Couto, Sensei Gareth Crowe, Elke Human and Dylan Gardener from Shin-Gi-Tai Karate Academy in Hillcrest were chosen to represent KZN as part of the KZN team in the SA Junior, Cadet, Senior & Veterans WKF all-styles championships.

The junior and cadets SA Karate Champs took place in Wits, Johannesberg this weekend (6 and 7 March).

“With many talented karate-ka around the country, they were put to the test, but unfortunately did not come out on top,” said Sensei Crowe.

Sensei Crowe and Liana will be heading off to Potchefstroom at the end of March to compete in the senior and veterans divisions to fight for their position to represent the SA all-styles team to travel abroad.
