Pupils showcase their creative side

St Benedict School hosts art exhibition for pupils.

ST Benedict School held their art exhibition for both primary and high school pupils. Parents and friends were invited to view the art which was displayed in classrooms and corridors throughout the primary school.

Francois Louis, principal of the school said, “The Arts and Culture syllabus encourages the creative side of our pupils, where they get opportunities to paint, draw, and make things.

“Their best artwork is on display this evening and we are extremely proud of their efforts.

Louis thanked everyone who joined them on the day and made the evening a success.

“A big thank you must go to our two art teachers, Mrs Bogaard in the high school and Mrs Rossler in the senior primary school, as well as all the staff who assisted in putting this evening together. I am very impressed with the standard of the work on display,” he said.

Grade 6 pupils were waiters and waitresses for the evening.
