The thirteen teams participating in The Kloof 190 Round Table’s fifth annual Amazing Race, recently renamed the Kloof Wacky Adventure, had a blast as they raced around the Highway area completing the designated tasks.
The day-long event consisted of fun-filled team building challenges, which the teams of four had to complete in the best time, gaining maximum points, before moving on to the next area and set of challenges.
The overall winners were the Faulty Bunch, consisting of a team from the Kloof Village Mall Superspar. Hot on their heels was the veteran team, The Titanium Tarts, and taking third place was a new team to the event, the 3 MX chicks and a Geriatric.
All proceeds raised from this event go towards the Kloof 190 Round Table Welfare fund which is used throughout the year to benefit numerous local charity projects.
