Standard Bank services are down today as the bank experiences technical difficulties, according to reports.
Customers a were alerted of a system failure this morning that has left them unable to carry out transactions with the bank.
A bank employee confirmed the bank’s system went offline due to an upgrade. Standard Bank has apologised to its customers, saying they’re working to fix the problem.
Meanwhile, irate customers took to social media to voice their frustration:
