Nissan Classic off to a good start

KZN riders are showing their worth.

The 2014 Nissan Winter Classic kicked off with a good start yesterday with some fine displays of riding talent.

KZN riders proved their mettle when they took first place in a number of classes.

Ashton Ensor-smith (KZN) on Corals Call, won the 1.10m class; Kristen Cheney (KZN) on Genuine Crown, was the winner of the 1m class; Catherine Robson (KZN) on V-cachette Vd Dwerse Hagen, won the 90cm class and Sandra Harcourt-Baldwin (KZN) on Wonderful Dancer, won the 80cm class.

Apart from world class show jumping daily from 8am to 4.30pm, there will be craft stalls, a kids play area, Nissan vehicles on display and available for test drives, a beer garden, and fabulous food on sale from the Saddle Inn and Durban Shongweni Club’s restaurant.
