DON’T miss out on all the fun at this year’s Horse & Hound Extravaganza on Monday, 21 April (Public Holiday) from 9am to 3pm at the Coastal Horse care Unit, Cato Ridge.
This animal fundraiser organized by Animal Lodge and The Coastal Horse Care Unit is a popular event for animal lovers and has gown bigger and better each year. Take along your four legged companions for an exciting day in the country.
There will be a dog walk, horse and dog displays, flea market, stalls, refreshments and a Bugs Bunny Easter Hunt for the children. There will also be dog show classes for R10 a class. Take part in Best Dressed, Best Matching Outfits, Best Trick, Owner Dog Look Alike, Happiest Dog and Best Rescue.
The Super Dog Challenge (R20) will see dogs negotiating a fun obstacle course with some creative jumps, tunnels, water obstacles and plenty more. A good test of your dogs agility, courage and willingness to please.
Entry is R25 per vehicle which includes parking fee and lucky draw entry. Fabulous sponsored prizes to be won.
Dogs must be kept on legs at all times.
