SANBS presents new ambassadors
Blood donors and residents can contact the new SANBS ambassadors with their queries and complaints.
THE South African National Blood Service (SANBS) recently elected new donor committee ambassadors for the Highway area, Anthony King and William Hammond.
As the new ambassadors King and Hammond will assist in facilitating the goals of the SANBS through community networking and assisting with operational activities.
According to Neelashan Govender, the public relations practitioner of SANBS, donors and residents can also direct any queries, concerns or complaints to King or Hammond.
The two ambassadors will serve the Hillcrest, Musgrave and Mariannhill areas.
SANBS is currently in the process of installing ‘boxes’ in the Upper Highway blood banks, which will provide residents with the contact information of the two ambassadors.
