Little artists win with Paint Expert
Winners announced in the Paint Expert Kidz drawing competition.
FOUR lucky pre-schoolers and their families gathered at Paint Expert in Hillcrest to receive their fabulous prizes in the Paint Expert’s Kidz drawing competition: My Home, My World, My PEX.
The theme was The Way I see my Home and the six participating schools, Kloof Pre-Primary, Little Lambs, Little Poppets, Happy Valley, Little Footprints and Kidz Academy, were encouraged to let their little ones’ artistic juices flow.
“The art work had to reflect how the child perceives his or her home using creative, innovative and recycled materials. The competition was school bound so there was no help from parents,” said Nichol Mitchley, Marketing Administrator for Paint Expert.
A panel of Paint Expert and Plascon staff chose the winning art work. The winners won a complete room paint over with a free colour consult supplied by Paint Expert and a R500 Mr Price Home voucher so that they could add the finishing touches to their newly painted room. Parents were also offered 15 per cent off any other paint purchases.
The excited winners were Zuri Cele (2) from Little Poppets Daycare, Damian Henderson (3) from Kloof Pre-Primary, Junior Ndaba (4) and Judasha Naidoo (5), both from Happy Valley.
