Sponsor a garden

Sponsors are needed for the Kloof Conservancy's 2014 Open Gardens

THE Kloof Conservancy is appealing for sponsors for their Indigenous Open Gardens 2014.

Planning is well under-way for next year’s event which will take place on the weekend of 24 to 25 May.

Brigid Turner, has been hard at work looking for suitable gardens in the Everton/Acutts Drive/Inanda Road area and there are some exciting gardens lined up.

The costs of running the event are between R40 000 and R50 000. 75 per cent of this is for advertising the event, printing of tickets and posters etc.

The conservancy would like to have the costs covered by sponsorships so that the income from the tickets is then available for projects.

Sponsorship can be tailored to cover the whole event, including naming rights or to sponsor just one garden. eThekwini Municipality have offered the advertising slot on the Tollgate bridge entering Durban for 10 days – this would be excellent exposure for both the event and sponsor.

If you are interested or know of anyone that would be interested in sponsoring the event or part of the event then please e-mail info@kloofconservancy.org.za.
