Grandparents enjoy Spring concert

New Germany Lutheran Pre-Primary School held its grandparents day on Friday, 15 September.

NEW Germany Lutheran Pre-Primary School learners staged a special Spring concert to honour their grandparents on Friday.

The children sang songs and performed dance skits for the grannies and grandpas, who they described as their best friends for life.

The grandparents were treated to delicious tea after the concert and received hand-made crafts/gifts from the children.

Yikhokonke Makhanya asked Helga Sieweke to be his adoptive granny for a day as his grandparents couldn’t attend the function.

Little Lubanzi Kunene was super proud to have his grandpa, Winston Kunene, visit his school.
