Easter bunny visits Care Bears Wonderland

The children, ranging from the baby group to Grade R, scavenged around the school in search of delicious chocolate marshmallow eggs.

THE Easter bunny hopped along to Care Bears Wonderland Pre-school in Pinetown this morning (Friday, 31 March).

Staff went all out to decorate the school and provide a wonderful experience for all the children.

The learners drew and coloured-in pictures depicting the Easter bunny, and what Easter meant to them. They also made little Easter baskets for the Easter egg hunt which was held earlier in the day.

The children, ranging from the baby group to Grade R, scavenged around the school in search of delicious chocolate marshmallow eggs and also had a chance to meet, chat with and hug the Easter bunny.

Kristin Smith, a teacher and administrator at the school thanked Caltex garage on Crompton Street in New Germany for allowing the children to meet the Easter bunny, as well as IP Eyes Guaranteed Security for sponsoring cupcakes to all the children at the school.

It was indeed a great day of fun.
