Kloof Rest Home thanks learners

The home made hot dogs for St Mary's learners to show their gratitude.

KLOOF Rest Home hosted Grade 5 St Mary’s girls to thank them for their regular donations and visits.

The learners were treated to hot dogs and juice and they also spent some quality time chatting with the home’s residents and sang Christmas carols for them.

Hilary Davies, Kloof Rest Home matron said, they invited the learners and teachers to show their appreciation and gratitude.

“The learners visit the home regularly and have held plant and cake sales to raise funds for the home. The donated money will be used to renovate the dinning room chairs and we had renovated our library and floor with the other donations we have received from the school,” said Davies.
