Learners enjoy a day at school with grandparents

Grandparents were entertained by their grandchildren at the Curro Hillcrest Christian Academy's Grandparents' Day.

LOVE was in the air at Curro Hillcrest Christian Academy (HCA) as learners shared hugs and kisses with their grandparents. The day started with the learners showcasing their classroom activities, and their grandparents were then treated to tea and coffee while enjoying entertainment by the learners.

Graham Hooper, Curro HCA’s head said that Grandparents’ Day is aimed to bring families together during these busy times.

“Families are caught up in their busy schedules, parents are working and children are going to school. This day is to remind us about family values and to bring families together,” he said.

These are some of the learners and their grandparents who were happy to share a smile with us.
