Some species occur nowhere else – from the tiny Micro Frog to the brightly coloured Orange-breasted Sunbird and the large, strikingly marked Bontebok.

This concise field guide – the first its kind – covers more than 400 species in four animal groups: mammals, birds, reptiles and frogs.

The species accounts include key identification features and are paired with full-colour photographs and distribution maps.
