Author, Mary Rogers, is passionate about empowering individuals in managing depression and anxiety.

KLOOF clinical psychologist Mary Rogers has written two books: Empowering Thoughts and Positive Parenting.

On Saturday, June 24, the books were officially launched and were well supported by the public who gave positive reviews.
Speaking about her books, Rogers said Empowering Thoughts is an inspiring little book that people will want to keep by their bedside.

The book contains beautiful photos linked to powerful quotes that are analysed and made insightfully meaningful for everyday life.

“It’s a true gem that gives deeper meaning every time you read it, while Positive Parenting is a little handy guide that we all wish came with our kids!” she said.

The book covers a huge range of topics from discipline, learning skills to manage anger and anxiety, through to playing with your children and even dealing with death.
