“It has been found that the driver, believed to be in his early 40s, was declared dead on scene due to injuries he might have sustained. It is unclear how long the vehicle was inside the water. It was reported that neighbours heard a loud noise around 00:30 this morning but couldn’t figure out where it was from,” they said.
