PLAYING on their home turf, Hilton was confident and scored shortly after kick-off when Kearsney’s defence was caught off guard. Kearsney mounted a number of attacks, but were unable to get the ball on target and unable to capitalise on their chances.

A free kick outside Kearsney’s big box resulted in Hilton scoring again. Shortly thereafter, a corner for Hilton resulted in their striker heading the ball into Kearsney’s net that took the score to 3 – 0 at half time.

In the second half, Kearsney came out more determined and were on the attack. Once again, their strikers were unable to find Hilton’s goals. With Kearsney pushing for goals, Hilton scored and ended the game with a 4 – 0 score, in their favour.
