Toyota Corolla Quest enhanced for 2021

The un-badged entry-level trim has been renamed Plus while the Prestige and Exclusive trims soldier on.

Toyota South Africa is introducing added convenience to its current-gen Corolla Quest in the form of a new Plus entry trim as well as other added features across the range.

The previously un-badged entry-level trim has been renamed Plus while the Prestige and Exclusive trims soldier on.

The Plus is fitted with daytime running lights, colour-coded power-adjustable mirrors, air-conditioner, electric windows, steering switches and audio system with Bluetooth and USB functionality, are joined by matte black treatment for the radiator grille and 15-inch steel wheels.

The Prestige models receive an upgrade to a touchscreen DVD audio system with six speakers, reverse camera, cruise control, leather steering wheel, combination fabric and leather seats plus 16-inch alloy wheels.

The Exclusive grade adds an auto air-conditioner, TFT-colour instrument cluster, leather seats, rain-sensing wipers and LED headlamps.

For 2021, Toyota is adding Smart Entry (keyless entry and push-button start) across the range. Toyota Connect is also fitted as standard across the range.

The colour palette has also been expanded with the inclusion of the stylish Oxide Bronze – increasing the paint colour options to six.

The 1.8-litre naturally-aspirated engine with 103 kW and 173 Nm soldiers on and can be paired either with a 6-speed manual or ‘7-step’ CVT transmission.
