Malvern music producer’s track sparks latest dance trend
The Malvern rapper, who used to live in Malvern Child and Youth Care Centre, might soon be 'Tik Tok famous' for his collaboration on this track.
Basically to uplift spirits and keep the traditional December mood in SA,” said Jashmir, an award winning music producer responsible for the major influence of Amapiano on TikTok with his # AMAiPhone ringtone remix and the #AmaSpongebob gaining major traction all over the globe.
“This was the first Amapiano song I’ve laid vocals on and I can guarantee it won’t be the last,” confirmed Verge. “Jashmir put me up to the ultimate test. As a young, growing musician pushing my limits is something I really enjoy,” he said with a broad smile.
“My ultimate goal, as a musician, is to spark enlightenment in people’s minds,” said Verge. “Amapiano has helped me connect on a whole different level.”
