This weekend, Nu Metro cinemas in KZN brings you the epic new sci-fi action-thriller marking Nicolas Cage’s return to blockbuster territory, an awesome animated comedy-adventure for the whole family (about a cute poodle with werewolf bloodlines) and, the riveting new crime thriller starring Kevin Costner.   

Here are this weekend’s new movie releases at Nu Metro cinemas in KZN:  

100% WOLF (7-9PG)

The story of 100% Wolf centres on a young werewolf, Freddy Lupin, the heir to a proud family line of werewolves. His coming-of-age ceremony goes terribly wrong, turning him not into a ferocious force of nature, but rather a poodle with an attitude! Despite his pink and fluffy exterior, can Freddy prove he’s still 100% wolf? Take the whole family for this animated comedy-adventure that kids of all ages will love.

JIU JITSU (16 LV)

Nicolas Cage stars in Jiu Jitsu – the new film from the director of Kickboxer: Retaliation – about a team of Jiu Jitsu fighters that must help a celebrated war hero to defeat alien invaders in an epic battle that will determine the fate of mankind. Experience this action-packed sci-fi thriller in Cornubia Mall’s larger-than-life Xtreme cinema. If it’s high-octane action and impressive fight scenes you want, Jiu Jitsu will deliver!

LET HIM GO (16 DPV) [Showing at Nu Metro The Pavilion only] A retired sheriff and his wife, grieving over the death of their son, set out to rescue their only grandson from the clutches of a cult-like family living off-grid in the gripping new Big Screen crime thriller, Let Him Go. Kevin Costner and Diane Lane star in this captivating movie about of familial love and its unexpected consequences.   

Nu Metro cinemas will be open from this Friday, 27 November 2020, until Sunday.   From next Friday, 4 December, Nu Metro’s cinemas will again be open 7 days a week, to give you 7 days of movie fun every week this holiday season.
