THE man accused for murdering Hillcrest’s Leighton Agg abandoned his bail application at the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday (27 October).
This is the fourth time the 21-year-old Malawian has appeared in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court.

He is facing charges of housebreaking with intent to rob and murder and is, so far, the only person arrested. Police say more arrests are expected.
According to the spokesman for the KZN NPA, Natasha Kara, the matter was then remanded to Monday, 23 November for investigations.
