Pinetown police search for missing teenage boy

It is reported that Phello Mohloakane left his home to go and assist his mother who is a street vendor.

PINETOWN police are appealing to members of the community for assistance in locating Phello Mohloakane (14).

According to Pinetown Cluster communications officer, Capt Bongumusa Manqele, Phello went missing on Tuesday, 4 August.

Manqele said Phello was last seen by his brother leaving his home in New Germany at about 5am.

“It is said Phello left to assist his mother who is a street vendor at the corner Shepstone and Dinkelman road in New Germany. According to the mother he never arrived,” said Manqele.

Phello was wearing red shorts and the top is not known. Anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact the investigating officer, Det/Sgt Dladla  on 078 864 2997 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
